1 new section and 1 amendment to the Constitution. For approval by the EGM on the 13th September 2009

The new section is to deal with pastoral care and friendship support that has arisen out of some issues that arose out of practice in June this year. This will help us to be clear and what to do if things go wrong in the future.
This situation is now sorted out, but it would have helped if the constitution gave guidance when rather than if issues arise again.

The amended section is to institute working groups into the governance system to be clear about delegated decision making. This will make things easier and take the pressure of standing and community council meetings.
