nothing new to report. Ian to look into again on return from Australasia.

3. Constitution
Constitution has been agreed and completed; Jonathan Clarke has been accepted by diocese as Moot’s ‘Ordained Missioner Accompanier’

4. Financial report:
91% of those on electoral role are giving, £689.5 coming in a month; £2500k is in accounts with some expenditure needed for ROL service (new screen, video and music commissions)
Public liability insurance still to be done (Ian to do on return)
AGM will be needed for presentation of end of year accounts (and suggested constitution presented at same time). This AGM will need to happen end of May latest and on a Sunday preferably.

Andy Schofield to talk to Trine about getting a group subscription; Tim to talk to Andy re other ideas in pipeline for the creation of some images by him for Moot; Little services to be published by Proost

8. Electoral Roll
Noted that only those on roll can vote at AGM, therefore encouragement to be given at each service to all those not on Roll whom see themselves as part of Moot to add their names.

9.Tea for free
David constructing a ‘voluntary contributions tin’ which will have a revolutionary design that gives it the ability to accommodate both coins and notes!

10. Catering for next meeting
Richard to provide

11. Eucharist
More folk needed to do Eucharist (serving, incense preparation etc), Suggestion for working group to be established to look at writing more liturgies for Eucharist and to get the Bishop to bless them.

12.Rhythm of life Book.
A proposed book that looks at how members of the Moot community experience the Rhythm of Life. Suggestion that Aaron, David and Catherine draw up a tighter proposal in May/June so it could be implemented in the new academic year. (and run over a year) .

13, Existing Material
Richard to send round email re collecting together existing material that has already been created for other services

14. Messy Month/Mad May – a month where we don’t follow any set theme and allow for much more experimentation.
Somebody has volunteered for each of the Sundays so just need folk for Wednesdays sessions; It was suggested that some details need to be put up on line and possibly on cards (which Richard has volunteered to do) to communicate some idea of what is happening, and what (if anything), people need to bring etc.

15. Rhythm of Life service
More folk needed to attend!!!! Spread the word. Also
folk needed to do installations. Catherine Dixon to contact folk (?)
